About Truesound Photography

I started Truesound Photography in 2013 as a way to use my camera as a creative outlet. I've always had an artistic side to me, going all the way back to middle school with drawing and painting, as well as music; the ability to create using a camera came later on in high school with a photos class, and from that point on, I have always messed around with the camera in one form or another.

It wasn't until 2014 that i started to take portraits, and began to really understand the lighting and the real mechanics behind the art.  I've been fortunate enough to come into contact and become friends with some well known tattoo models around the Southwestern United States.  I feel lucky and priveleged to be able to capture the art they have put on their body in such a manner that their art helps create my own.
